Thank you for choosing Trap Haus™ Boston for your events. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds for booked events. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy:
1.1 General Rule: Trap Haus™ Boston operates on a strict no-refund policy for booked events. Once a reservation is confirmed, refunds will not be issued except under specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

2. Rescheduling and Credits:
2.1 Rescheduling with More Than 21 Days' Notice: Trap Haus™ Boston understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. With more than 21 days' notice prior to the scheduled event, we offer the option to reschedule the event to a different available date without incurring additional charges.
2.2 Credits for Rescheduled Events: If you choose to reschedule an event, Trap Haus™ Boston will issue a credit for the amount paid. This credit can be applied towards booking a different available date, subject to availability.

3. Partial Refunds on Trap Haus™ Hosted Events:
3.1 Partial Refunds for Certain Ticket Sales: For events directly hosted by Trap Haus™ Boston, partial refunds may be considered under specific circumstances, such as event cancellations or significant changes. The decision to grant a partial refund is at the sole discretion of Trap Haus™ Boston.
4. Events Hosted by Other Organizers:
4.1 Discretion of the Organizer: For events hosted at Trap Haus™ Boston by external organizers, refund policies are at the discretion of the respective organizer. Trap Haus™ Boston is not responsible for refund requests related to events organized by third parties.
5. Requesting Reschedules and Refunds:
5.1 Contacting Trap Haus™ Boston: To request a reschedule or inquire about a partial refund for Trap Haus™ hosted events, please contact us at events@traphausboston.com. For events organized by external organizers, contact the respective organizer directly.

6. Miscellaneous:
6.1 Force Majeure: Trap Haus™ Boston reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis in situations involving force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
